On the program: 2 x 3 hours in 1 day

Goal :

This course will give you the opportunity to paddle in a tandem canoe (two-seater canoe) on easy waterways. You will acquire solid fundamentals for your future canoe adventures.

Theoretical part :
Canadian canoeing vocabulary and anatomy
Organization before, during and after navigation on the river

Practical part :
Embark and disembark
The first paddle strokes with two

FOODTRUCK on site, open on fridays, saturdays and sundays, lunch an dinner from April to October and 7/7d in July and August.

Prerequisite:

• Being healthy
• Know how to swim at least 20 meters
• Being 7 years old minimum
• Under 18 years old persons must be accompanied with an adult (18 years old an more)
